Which German course is best to make fast progress?
In the intensive German course you learn German fast and efficiently. For example, if you want to achieve sufficient skills in all aspects of the German language to enter an Austrian university (Level B2 or C1), it will take you about 8-10 months, assuming you are an absolute beginner. If you already have some German knowledge, it will take you less time.
Visa
People from the EU and the United Kingdom do not require a visa for attending language courses in Austria. Please contact the Austrian Embassy or Consulate in your country for latest information. If you are applying from outside of the EU you will usually need a visa support letter for your German course (booking confirmation) which is necessary for visa application you must pay the full amount of the German course fee and – if booked – also for accommodation for the complete period.
